Once you’ve registered for your test rides we’ll contact you in and confirm your first booking. Before you’re class we’ll welcome you to the studio, set up your personal training profile, and then show you around the studio.
You’ll get a pre-class briefing and be set up on your bike by one of our amazing and knowledgeable staff and we’ll introduce you to the members sitting next to you who will soon become your training partners and friends!

We offer a diverse range of training options - from inspiring coached classes to ‘own training sessions" where you can ride Zwift. As cyclists, we understand the importance of being able to plan your training. Our schedule shows the classes focus when you’re booking (eg VO2 max, Sweet Spot, Endurance) and so, unlike other gyms, you know in advance what you can expect from each workout. No surprises, just world-class training.v
We help all types of cyclists - whether you prefer road or gravel, triathlon or mountain biking, bike cross or track cycling, indoors or outdoors, beginners or elite. The classes in our cycling lab focus on all areas required for you to be able to perform well on the bike and work regardless of your current experience and fitness. Our instructors coach on their feet, not from the saddle, to be able to give you their full focus.
We set you personal targets based on your fitness level which ensures that everybody works at the same level of effort and comes away feeling successful. Our training software and bikes then collect all your power, heart-rate and cadence data and display this on your personal display. The bikes also give you a real-time pedalling analysis so you can work on your technique while training hard. All your workout data is delivered to your email and training apps after the workout.
